Commune is a monthly event that started back in February of this year, celebrating local artists, DJs, designers and bands the last Wednesday of the every month. Each month a new line up is featured, hosted by a local bar in the North Park, South Park or Kensington area. Commune takes a stand against big industry and in turn supports local industry.
November's Commune is happening tonight, Nov. 26, at the Soda Bar (old Chasers). Desert Diamonds will be performing, and one of our favorites, Natalia Benson, is hosting a Trunk show with her N.OM earring line. Her pieces are amazing, and will be at a reduced priced for the holidays.

We, at Sezio, want to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving and thank you for making our first 5 months of sezio.org a success. The third and final round of Adapta v. Sezio at Cream will feature Wes Bruce and Jorge Tellaeche. Wes spent every waking hour (including all the ones the rest of us spent sleeping) of the last week prepping letters for a project titled "Evidence of Searching." 101 hand-written letters were sent out including an explanation, a pre-addressed and stamped envelope, and a list of questions related to the unresolved corners in each of us . He's waiting by the mailbox and prepping 150 more letters to be sent out, the responses from which will be used for his exhibition at Cream next month.
